General Information on Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing 
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), insofar as these are required for the establishment, execution, and fulfillment of a contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. This includes collecting and managing participant data for winner selection, notifying winners about their prizes, organizing, and delivering the prizes to the winners. Another purpose is public relations, in which the winners' names may be published on the website or social media, provided that participants have consented. |

No transfer to a third country is intended.

Data Retention Period
 The personal data collected as part of the sweepstakes is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and managing the sweepstakes. After the sweepstakes has ended and the winners have been announced, the data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations prevent this or consent for further processing has been given. Contact details of the winners necessary for prize delivery will be deleted after shipping and an appropriate period for possible inquiries. 

Your Rights
 Every data subject has the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to notification (Art. 19 GDPR), and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful. This right to complain exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
